SHL is looking for a highly motivated
Finance and Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming invoices (preparing and delivering payment offers);
Monitor financial documentation and small grants program reports;
Maintain, record and archive all financial documentation related to SHL’s work;
Prepare and administer short term contracts (documentation for Tax Authority) and other third parties contracts;
Manage other accounting operations;
Register and document SHL staff leave requests and records;
Manage other office operations (arrange office supplies, conduct procurement as required, manage inventory lists, etc.).
Requirements:
A minimum of two years experience in administration and accounting in the NGO sector;
Good computer skills, including strong knowledge of MS Office (knowledge in accounting programs will be considered an asset);
Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English or German language;
Organizational skills, self-initiative, tenacity, accuracy, reliability, and flexibility in work;
Accountability and adherence to deadlines, strong multi-tasking skills;
Motivation, independence and ability to work in a team;
Willingness to learn;
Interest and ability to work in a multi-national/ethnic environment;
Valid driving license and willingness to travel;
The position is based on a 40-hour working week and can be filled in June or July 2015.
